Job Information:

IBISKA is growing at a fast pace and we currently need to augment our Finance and Administration team.  We are looking for individuals with basic experience in office administration who enjoy working as part of a small team and assisting in various business areas.

NOTE: Our entire office is currently working remotely due to COVID 19. As the situation permits based on the Ontario Government directives, our company will progressively move to a hybrid model (part remote and part in the office).

Job Overview

This is an entry level position for an individual with at least 6 months of experience in office administration.  The selected individual will be working together within our Finance and Administration team and providing assistance in various administrative duties.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

  • Act as a receptionist, receiving phone calls, providing basic information to callers and forwarding calls to appropriate employees
  • Assist in updating and maintaining our company database
  • Build, format and edit MS Word documents

  • Must be able to obtain a Government of Canada Level II security clearance (be a Canadian citizen, residing in Canada for the past 10 years)
  • Must have excellent communications skills  (English: spoken and written)
  • Must have excellent attention to details
  • Must demonstrate some team work experience
  • Must be proficient with the MS Word suite of products
  • Experience in customer service related work is an asset
