The Canoe for Kids event took place on Saturday June 1st and a great day was had by all. In the spirit of continuous improvement, the IBISKA staff gathered away from our usual work environment for a weekend of learning, team building and strategizing.  We came away from this retreat with fresh objectives and a roadmap for continued improvement in the delivery of services to our clients and consultants.  We are very excited to begin the implementation of new processes, tools and approaches.
